Bunches Floriste Ltd., will deliver to the Wellington region as and when directed. Same day delivery service may not always be available and is dependent on where the delivery is to. Bunches Floriste Ltd. and it's agent(s), will endeavor to satisfy your delivery requirements.

Should the delivery be unable to be transacted and without specific delivery instructions, the cost of a return delivery and or re delivery will be borne by the sender.

Regretfully we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery, especially to outer Wellington regions or rural addresses. However we will do our utmost to meet your delivery requirements.

Bunches Floriste Ltd. works in conjunction with Interflora which is a relay service for florists.

While it is unlikely your flower order is not received, if you have any queries please email us or call +64 4 473 8813 as soon as possible and we will investigate your order.

Flower Policy:

Should the exact flowers you ordered not be available from our relay partners, a substitution with another flower variety will be made. Our florists and those of our relay partners endeavor at all times to adhere to the strictest code of quality and freshness, of equal or higher value.

Complaints

All complaints should be directed to the manager, Bunches Floriste Ltd. by either email or telephone. We will inform you the actions we intend to take and advise you of progress.

In the event that you are not totally satisfied with the product you have received from us please contact us within 24 hours of their receipt, to arrange a return and credit refund on your purchase.
