What is your shipping and returns policy? 

Bunches Florist will deliver to the Wellington and through out NZ region as and when directed. Same day delivery service is avalible to all of the Wellington regions by 4.30pm inner city and 3pm for outter suburbs. Some areas of Wellington (rural addresses) and NZ may not always be available for same day delivery and is dependent on where the delivery is to. Bunches Florist and it’s agent(s), will endeavor to satisfy your delivery requirements the best we can, and endevour to contact if regarding any issues. 

Should the delivery be unable to be transacted and without specific delivery instructions, the cost of a return delivery and or re delivery will be borne by the sender. Apartment deliveries will not be attempted without a contact for the receiver, this is a rule of our couriers and a phone number for the person sending the flowers will not be accepted as a subsitute. 

Regretfully we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery, especially to outer Wellington regions or rural addresses. However we will do our utmost to meet your delivery requirements. If you require items to be delivered by a specific time we recommend you contact us by phone. 

Bunches Floriste Ltd. works in conjunction with a relay service for florists and we also freight out own product NZ wide overnight with courier post. 

While it is unlikely your flower order is not received, if you have any queries please email us or call +64 4 499 6189 as soon as possible and we will investigate your order.

 

What is your policy on flower substitutions?

Should the exact flowers you ordered not be available, a substitution with another flower variety will be made. Our florists and those of our relay partners endeavor at all times to adhere to the strictest code of quality and freshness, of equal or higher value. Products which are specific such as dozen roses you will be contacted to discuss alternatives if that product is not in stock. 

What do I do if I am not completely satisfied with my flowers?

 In the event that you are not totally satisfied with the product you have received from us please contact us within 24 hours of their receipt, to discuss/arrange a replacement or a credit refund on your purchase.
