We are based in Wellington and deliver flowers same day to all of Wellington and surrounding areas.
Same day delivery to all of Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and Porirua
We also have a service to the Kapiti Coast (incs Pukerua Bay)

Monday - Friday - 3pm
For business deliveries please call to confirm if it's after 1pm.
Saturday - 10am
Sunday - 9am
Kapiti Coast - 24 hours notice unless by arrangement
Valentine's day and Mother's day cut off times may vary, if you are unsure please call.

We like to have 24 hours notice to prepare our gift boxes. If you order for same day delivery we will try our best to have these sent as requested but please be aware if we are unable to it may be delayed to the next shipping day. Please call us if you have any issue with this happening to check availability.
Standard delivery fees only apply to main areas on our standard service. Rural addresses, public holiday inquiries and any outside of Wellington must be ordered over the phone.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%
We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value where a listed product is unavailable. When making substitutions we will try to inform the customer but will not wait for a response, as this could delay the order from being delivered on the requested date.
Seasonal conditions affect the supply of flowers. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral arrangement. When a substitution is necessary, we will substitute for the closest style or colour flower which is available. If we are out of a particular decorative element such as a vase, basket, or ceramic container, a similar one of equal or greater value will be substituted.
If you choose to cancel your order we offer a full refund back to your credit card less an administration fee of $8.00. We may be unable to offer a refund of an order on the day of dispatch as your order may have already been processed. (This applies to all orders, whether placed on the website or over the phone.)
FLOWER QUALITY AND STYLE
At Bunches Florist all arrangements are made and processed by our team of professional florists, we endeavour to provide a high quality product and service. We source our flowers from local New Zealand growers, Markets and wholesalers and like feedback on our products, positive or negative. This helps us provide a better service and also helps us provide feedback to our suppliers. Please provide your feedback to the store email so it can be reviewed by our management.
In the case that you are unhappy with the arrangement of flowers you have purchased, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement. We require a photo of the entire arrangement to be emailed to email@example.com for our review.
If you require the item to be replaced or refunded we require the item returned within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement.
If it is outside this time we may offer a store credit.
During the checkout process we collect billing information, this is kept private and no information is sent with the order.
Our deliveries can take place between 7am and 7pm 7 days a week.
We process a large amount of orders everyday and will do our best to provide a fast efficient service. If you would like your order delivered by a certain time we recommend you call the store to check availability as extra charges may apply.
In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with us within 48 hours). If you have provided an incorrect delivery address we are willing to arrange your order to be re-delivered at your expense.
We are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to coordinate an appropriate delivery date and time. Your order will be left at the address in the safest place possible if recipient is not present. The exception to this is when the delivery driver feels the item is unsafe to leave, or they can not get to the front door. The item will be returned to the store and a additional re-delivery fee may apply.
Please provide phone numbers for both the sender and recipient. Apartments we require these to send the delivery with our couriers, if these are not provided it may delay the delivery of your order.
If you select the incorrect delivery charge or place an order to an area outside of our delivery area we reserve the right to change the shipping date, or cancel the order without notice.
We ship throughout the Wellington region and to the Kapiti coast. Deliveries to Rural addresses need to be ordered over the phone as extra charges apply to these deliveries. If the order is rural and is ordered online we will place the order on hold until we are able to make contact with the sender.
